Premiere of film about Herzegovina at Days of Film in Mostar

Award-winning "Herzegovina - The Land of Light" Thrills Inhabitants of Mostar
The award-winning film entitled Herzegovina - The Land of Light, by director Matej Meštrović, had its premiere screening in Herzegovina at the 4th Days of Film in Mostar.
The film Herzegovina - The Land of Light, produced by Novelti Millenium, originated as part of the promotion of the photo-monograph by artistic photographer Ivo Pervan. Meštrović, inspired by Pervan's photographs, edited and produced the film, as well as composed the background music. The film has already received numerous awards at several festivals, among them the Oktavijan Award of the Croatian Association of Film Critics in the non-dedicated films category.
Over its four years of existence, the Days of Film in Mostar have grown into a distinguished and prestigious cultural and traditional event. Bearing witness to this is the fact that, year after year, it gathers an even increasing number of well-known and prominent names from the world of film and film art. This year, the Days of Film brought together the acting, political and entertainment elite, among others Rade Šerbedžija, Ivo Grgurević and Borjana Krišto, who had the opportunity to enjoy the most beautiful scenes of Herzegovina through Matej Meštrović's film.
